When he founded JEA in 1979, Jim was aiming to bridge the gap between the Canadian pension legislation reform and the need for organizations to provide better pension administration services. Today, that goal has been realized and he continues to achieve the high standards of excellence in teamwork and customer service that have made him a legend in the industry.
As founder of JEA, Jim has been intstrumental in building a successful company, and he did this by actively getting involved in client implementations. As the creator of PENFAX, Jim continues to provide guidance and input into the research and development of the PENFAX Product Suite as well as servicing JEA clients. Jim holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree in mathematics from the University of Victoria.
