Brent Fischbach, Vice President, Operations
Brent has extensive experience both in client relationship management and in successfully being an analyst and managing large and very complex pension administration software implementation. During his 20 years in the industry, Brent's clients have included large and mid-size public sector, multi-employer and private pension plans. He has also worked extensively with integrators and other third-party firms in supporting client systems. Brent is currently responsible for the management of JEA operations resources located at JEA's head office in Victoria and for ensuring that existing and new JEA clients are serviced and managed in a professional and consistent manner in accordance with JEA standards. Brent is a graduate of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.

Sheree Johnson, Vice President, Business Development
Sheree joined JEA in 2003 with more than 25 years of experience in the pension and benefits industry. Sheree is responsible for both Business and Product Development, ensuring that the JEA solutions meet potential client and current client requirements. Sheree works closely with the Product Development Group at JEA and with new implementation teams. Prior to joining JEA, Sheree worked at another pension system company and at major consulting firms. Sheree has an Honours B.A. from Brock University.

Tony Gage, CFA, Cdir, External Advisor to JEA
Tony is the head of the Management Committee at JEA and brings expert leadership and financial management skills as well as proven business strategies in the management of a company in the pension industry. Tony is the former Chair of the Board of Phillips, Hager & North Investment Management (PH&N) one of Canada's largest investment management firms. His experience at PH&N spanned over 20 years including being President and Chief Executive Officer. Tony is also a Member of the Board of Governors & Chair of the Finance Committee for the University of Victoria, Director of PSP Investments & Chair of the Investment Committee, Director of Sky Investment Counsel. Tony has a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from the University of British Columbia and is a Chartered Director (Cdir) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
