Nicole has been with JEA for ten years. She has worked on all aspects of the system development lifecycle including defining requirements, creating functional and technical designs, application configuration, customized application development, testing, and implementation. As a COTS Functional Specialist and Developer at JEA and a self-described bookworm, Nicole is a proud member of the JEA team and has successfully navigated numerous implementation projects.
