JEA Announces the 2026 PENFAX User Forum
Two focused virtual sessions will bring the PENFAX client community together on September 15 and 17, 2026.
James Evans & Associates is pleased to announce the 2026 PENFAX User Forum, a redesigned client event focused on sharing priorities, peer learning and meaningful discussion. Formerly known as the JEA User Group, the forum has been reimagined as two focused virtual sessions designed to create more space for client perspectives and participation.
The first session will focus on the experiences, priorities and planned initiatives of PENFAX users. Participating organizations will have an opportunity to share what is shaping their work and hear how peers across the PENFAX user community are approaching similar challenges.
The second session will turn to JEA’s product direction and future priorities. It will include an overview of the PENFAX roadmap and a demonstration from Managed Business Solutions (MBS) of email campaign management and telephony capabilities integrated with PENFAX.
Together, the sessions are intended to support engaging conversations, strengthen connections across the user community and give JEA a clearer understanding of the priorities affecting the organizations we serve.
