The *PENFAX Admin System is a series of modules designed to facilitate pension administration and is trusted to help administer the most complex plans. With a powerful and flexible rules-driven calculation engine, the scalable system can be configured to perform simple or highly complicated calculations, whether your plan membership is 1,000 or 1,000,000. Our team of experts will work closely with you to understand your needs so that PENFAX is configured to run efficiently for you and your business.

The *PENFAX Employer Portal is a configurable solution that empowers employers to ensure that data being submitted to the pension system is valid and formatted correctly. Data is uploaded, validated, and automatically submitted through the PENFAX Employer Portal and, as with all our products, it supports any organization’s unique employer payroll requirements. We’ve designed the PENFAX Employer Portal to be highly flexible so you can use different file formats with configurable validation rules. It integrates with the PENFAX Admin System or can easily be configured to integrate with any other third-party pension administration system.

The *PENFAX Member Portal is where members can view details of their plan(s) and manage their accounts in real-time. It’s an important tool for both members and administrators, so we understand how critical it is for the portal to be intuitive for users, accessible from any device, and consistent with your brand. Above all, your online portal must be secure. The PENFAX Member Portal has been built with all of this in mind, using scalable technologies. It can be easily configured with flexible and functional design options that integrate seamlessly with the PENFAX Admin System or with other third-party administrative systems. With certification for compliance to North American accessibility standards, the PENFAX Member Portal offers an intuitive and efficient experience for all users.
