Today is an exciting day for JEA as we unveil a new look!
Combining 40+ years of history with our vision for the future, our refreshed branding will be reflected in all our future communications, technology and experiences.
In addition to a new, modern logo, we are also introducing a change to our core product and service names. The PENFAX name has long been associated with JEA’s trusted solutions, and this name will continue to serve as the overarching brand name for JEA’s suite of products and services. Beginning on April 1, 2022, JEA’s PENFAX products and services will be formally known as:
PENFAX Admin System (Previously PENFAX 5)
PENFAX Employer Portal (Previously DCT 5)
PENFAX Member Portal (Previously PENWEB 5)
PENFAX Cloud Solutions (Previously SaaS Solutions)
All legacy JEA products prior to our generation 5 solutions will retain their former names.
Our focus now - and into the future - is to build on the strengths that our clients have come to expect from JEA: the expertise of our people; the functional capabilities of our products; the technical stability and usability of our solutions; and our proficient and professional approach to service delivery and solution management.
